Now, as far as God being fair???? I wouldn't dare say anything but. He couldn't find 10 righteous people in the entire city!!!! So why not destroy it? Not even TEN in an entire city! How about in YOUR city? Are you 1 of 10? Are you righteous? I think the only way you MIGHT BE righteous is that Jesus died for your sins. Otherwise, if three 'men' appeared (God and 2 angels) today and were looking for 10 righteous people, the ONLY way He would find them is because Jesus died for us already.
