Gee, Guess what....ANOTHER instance of baptism (verse 18). This immediately followed belief (DUH---he sure DID believe after THAT experience), and he obviously had decided (as some some today---in his heart) to repent. And notice that this is where he received the Holy Spirit....verse 17---see again, and be filled with the HS---immediately preceeded the verse that says the scales fell from his eyes (could see again) and then was baptized (filled with HS). Pretty darn obvious to me that you get the Holy Spirit AT BAPTISM. Why is it hard for others to see that?

    Oh well....I continue.

Paul was a distrusted person, and for good reason. In his 'old life' he had Christians killed...I DO bet it took some time for the folks to truly believe he had changed and was not actually a 'wolf in sheep's clothing'. We are constantly warned of folks like that....we call them false prophets...those out for their own purpose and gain, and/or the gain of Satan. We NEED to be distrustful of people I believe, especially preachers who preach blasphemy!!!!

Well, gotta go..another long day ahead...

    God is good.
