"Where have all the flowers gone, long time passing......" You may remember this song from the 60's as performed by Pete Seeger, Joan Baez, Kingston Tri, and others. It just happened to come to mind this morning when I realized Dustin hasn't been on the blog for a week, and I don't know WHEN we last heard from Rich. Where have all the bloggers gone, long time passing?

I worship the God of our fathers as a follower of the Way
Then Felix, who was well acquainted with the Way,
I have always thought it would be appropriate to call the church the Way.

Felix came with his wife Drusilla, who was a Jewess Interracial marriage?

Felix does not seem to be a very strong character. He never did decide the case. I think he knew that Paul was right, but was afraid of the Jews (or maybe the Jewess)

Lawyers and liars from day 8. Paul's Roman citizenship saved him many times. Two years he was a prisoner to Felix yet he (Paul) did not rebel. He did God's will under many different stressful situations. Paul stayed strong in the way (faith) because he committed himself daily to the laws of the way. We know the way, we are stressed daily, yet we stumble more, then it appears, Paul did. Paul's life was threatened more then one time yet he continued to preach the word. How many times have we had our life threatened? How many times have we been imprisoned? How BOLDLY do we speak the word? We speak what we know. The more confident, the more knowledge we have on a subject, the more we speak on that subject.
