What a predicament (again) the 'boys' find themselves in. Caused by someone else, by the way...sorta. I guess you could blame Joseph for 'tricking' them with the silver cup, but then, again, one might look back many years which set up this meeting--when the 'boys' left Joseph in the cistern and he ended up being sold in slavery and spending many years in prison. Nah, I take it back, it was NOT caused by Joseph---these brothers deserved the 'suffering' they are now going through. It just reminds of that saying we have today..."What comes around, goes around." With that in mind, go through today with the idea that good repays good, and do some.

Not to try and correct the master, (just joking), but what goes around comes around. Thank you both for your prayers, I know they were there. I think I told you both that at 1130 Saturday night with my head exploding and my entire body aching to the point of tears I got in bed and said I was done being sick. And I was! The moment I said I was done I quit hurting. That is the power of God! My head hurt so bad I had to squeeze it when I coughed, yesterday I woke with a slight headache, I took a couple of aspirin and I said no more I know God heard me and answered me. I am not as righteous as I could be, none of us are, but God is still here for us, whether we deserve it or not. To paraphrase, which of you if your child said he was hungry would give him a rock, yet the Father does so much more, Amen!

What do we get from this story other than God has a bigger plan than we can even imagine. Joseph at a young age tells his brothers and later his father about his dreams, and they mock him and correct him. 20 or 30 years later it all comes true. What Godly ambition or dreams have we had that we have lost faith in because they did not happen in the time frame we thought they should? We are impatient people. We used to file everything by hand, look up parts in a catalog, mail off an order, add up numbers by hand, write letters and journals by hand. Now we have computers. They are much faster for everything, including making us dumber! People are lazy and the fastest computer is not fast enough, where do you think that puts God for most believers? Most people pray as a last resort I propose we start praying now for, our children (it's never to late, even if they are grown), our wives, our marriages, our futures. If we are in constant prayer about these things, in Gods time, and Gods will, they will work out as He has them planned. We may think for worse sometimes, but we don't have all the facts yet. I did catch up on th reading and posted a comment or two on the way. Have a great day
