Lies, deceipt and dishonesty. The world is full of it now, and it was full of it when Jesus lived as a human being. Verses 11 through 15 tell of the event of how the guards were bribed to lie about what they had seen. I am so glad that truth prevailed over lies. Otherwise, we might have never known about the greated event to have ever occurred on this earth---the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Lies, deceipt and dishonesty. How much of this is in your life? Do you tell little lies (by say, not telling the whole truth). Are you deceiptful in anything? Are you a tny bit dishonest? Probably the answer to all three of those questions is 'yes'. Sometimes, lies just 'spill out'...and after you say it, you wonder why you said it. For example, has anyone ever been talking to you (about anything) and asked if you know someone, or know something, and you immediately reply yes, even though you don't know them or that? People do that to hide ignorance. So what if we are ignorant...I didn't say stupid. Ignorance is simply not knowing, and we are not-knowing in a tremendous amount. When you do your taxes, sell a car, talking about your family, are you a little deceiptful, or are you 100% open and honest about everything. Like Rik said yesterday, we are NOT 100% open about everything, as we don't take the time to confess our sins to even each other. Yes, we are deceiptful. Honesty is one of the best traits I can think of in a person. Even the slightest hint of dishonesty, turns me off. I think I have gone from a VERY dishonest person, to one with a lot less dishonesty. I ain't there yet, but I think the daily reading of God's Word over the past eight months has helped me tremendously in this area. How about you guys?

... and the other Mary... ?? Did matt not know her name? Did she want to remain anonymous? Hmmm.

...but some doubted. I am not sure I understand how some of the eleven doubted. I might be able to understand if some of the people who did not follow so closely might doubt, but some of the 11! Not one, not a couple but some. It shows how feeble men are. It shows how difficult it is to have faith. I want to hold up all who read and continue to have faith in Jesus, for we have not seen the things that the 11 saw we have only read about them and we have the faith!

hey remember me. been harder to get and stay connected out here on the road than i expected.

anyway thanks for all your prayers. covenant transport did bring me back immediately as a master trainer. additionally they immediately bridged all my prior service with covenant. even paying out bonus money that i walked away from last year. so my rehire process turned out even better than what i had asked aall of you to pray for.

looking to be home sometime the week of 3/23 or 3/30.

    peace and love
