Rules, laws, desires,if only it were that easy to seperate them out. We all know right from wrong, we all know what we should do verses what we should not do. We all have neads and fealings that are not Godly, the question is how do we deal with them. As mac stated yesterday, laws of man have nothing do do with the sences or the feelings. God, andunderstanding what He did fo us is the only way to control those desires. Jesus made the ultimate sacrafice, we just nead to try harder.

there is so much in this book. It is dificult to summerize on the whole thing. It doesn't help that my mind wants to wander alot today. focus on JESUS! that is what i see here id just focus on Jesus. also it mentions false humility. I have never noticed this in other books. How does one detirman false humility with real humility. I suppose if you are trying to be humble and are proud of the fact that you are being humble makes it a prideful humility, but in recognizing this as prideful humility and being aware of it makes it regular humility again. I donno... I confess, I have not started the new year as i had hoped. I didnt read hadly at all untill today. I did catch up on Psalms and Collossions today but due to the crazy rambling mind I have right now I was hard to get alot out of what I read. I do want everyone to know that i had a great time sat morning, it was refreshing to get together in a "D" time format. we should do it again soon.

Confusion? Yes Rick, there usually is a lot of that when it comes to the Bible. I don't think God expects us to know it all, but to be intrigued enough (as you are) to keep searching all the truths. Psalms 7 is a little easier to understand than that chapter in Colossians. Bottomline, give thanks to God because of HIS righteousness.
